OB-sessed!!! How cute is this trend?! I am totally here for it, no matter how tacky some people may think it is - it's a mahoooosive YES from me!!
Also, guests are usually fed pretty well on a wedding day, canapes, 3 courses, an evening buffet. If you want to keep this cake petite and cute, don't feel like you need a huge one to feed the masses. Enjoy it between the two of you and maybe share a little with family and besties in the morning - that's one way to cure a hangover! Yum!

For bigger bridal parties, I recommend getting ready in the dining room downstairs and saving the bedroom for getting dressed. This keeps it nice and tidy and trust me you'll appreciate it that when you receive your photos back!

Word on the street is...
We booked Danielle initially because we loved her style of photos, but also because from the initial video call we had with her we felt so relaxed and instantly knew she would make us feel calm (and also have fun!) during the photos on our wedding day.
She has been in touch throughout the planning process offering advice and checking if there was anything she could do for us and we really feel like we knew her before the wedding which made such a huge difference before and on the day.

Not all weddings are the same! If you feel like the traditional timeline is too much for you. Try mixing things up! If you don’t want a first dance, or you want to do group shots before your ceremony - that's all totally realistic and do-able!
3rd thing to remember
A lot of outside influence can come from parents, or family members, often those who have already had their wedding day. They think they know best.
But, just remember, this day is not about them.
It is about YOU!! If Auntie Joan from Spain and your 10th cousin are not people you really want to invite. You don’t need permission to say no. The guest list is yours to write! 🎉

1st thing to remember
something on your mind?
The dining room downstairs, if only a few of you, you can go upstairs to bridal suite, but i recommend keeping this clear for getting dressed in. Both of you can get ready in the onsite house which can also be used during your stay. And there is a second smaller accomodation on site, ideal if you want to keep seperate.
There are two adorable swings, and if the weather is on our side, you might even be lucky enough to enjoy a golf cart ride down to the river!
Whilst an outdoor ceremony might be what you are dreaming of, the indoor space is gorgeous too, it's simple and timeless with a rustic charm to it. There are also some shelter spaces outdoors for group photos, including the gorgeous duck egg blue front door, with those elegant pillars.
Not that I am aware of!
The grand staircase, sitting on the steps at front door, the pool table, gathered around the fire pit outside at the hooley. they also have a giant rope for tug of war which is cute for guests to have a bit of fun in the afternoon.
